What is a Pro Se ?

When America was founded by Our Founding Fathers some joined as a Pro SE. When you are a Pro SE, you represent yourself with no lawyer. Depending on the case, personal injury, theft of an inheritance, wrongful death and or any civil matter,  complaints etc you have the right to be a Pro Se in America, no Court nor Lawyer can tell you "you cannot represent yourself."

America's Pro Se LLC was formed by Pro Se's to allow American's represent themselves by guiding the Pro Se on proper procedures to start your case, during the case and after the case. America's Pro Se LLC does not fight your case for you, but has your back. If there is an  injustice upon the Pro Se as in any discrimination, threats, harassment  denial of fair due process and more, America's Pro Se will instruct on how to file an Ethics Complaint on a Lawyer , or how to file an Judicial Complaint on a bias Judge.

America's Pro Se "does not accept Criminal Cases" only civil cases and or complaints that will be assisted only. To have your case reviewed, just send your initial questions and case information on how you have been wronged for further assistance. America's Pro Se does not charge like Lawyers charge for "everything". By offering Pro Se consulting America's Pro Se will only ask for a 10%  compensation of the settlement award. The monies go back into America's Pro Se to advance our company to help others nationally  in America.  Please note " not all Pro Se Cases shall be won, Lawyers as well cannot win all Cases, with America's Pro Se you are given "The Chance for Justice".
