TARGET RED CARD / TARGET CORPORATION/TD BANK: sued for credit card fraud.
WALMART Consumer had unauthorized debits to Plaintiff'a checking. Walmart refused to investigate and closed the issue with no file or investigation. Plaintiff requested a full refund and a $500.00 online gife card Walmart Senior Counsel refused. Walmart Senior Counsel left the issue Walmart stated to the loyal customer for over 10 years "sue us" they retained a Columbia, SC firm. America's Pro Se LLC shall advise and assist Plaintiff Pro Se to counter sue Walmart and their law firm. Plaintiff only requested a full refund of $113.49 and a $500.00 online gift card for the major inconvenience caused to Plaintiff and his account checking.  Plaintiff is suing for compensatory damages, injunctive relief, pain & suffering and intentional infliction of emotional distress $75,000 under Federal Diversity 23 U.S. C 1332.
